For other orders, we’ll confirm the delivery cost and estimated timing with your quote before you decide to order.
Fitting is available for an additional charge within 50 miles of our Hull unit, subject to the job.
For most standard goods bought remotely, consumers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. Some exceptions apply, including personalised or custom-made goods.
Your statutory rights remain if goods are faulty or not as described. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process for your order.
